We aim for maximum accuracy. However, slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to screen settings and production processes.


🧵 Are custom or personalized items refundable?

Custom items are non-refundable for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.


📬 What if my package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it?

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Check your local post office

🔁 Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
