⏱️ How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are made-to-order through our Print-on-Demand process. Our standard processing and production time is 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. For personalized or custom-name items, production may take a little longer depending on design requirements.

🚚 What are the estimated shipping times?

We ship from our global fulfillment centers (USA, Vietnam, or China) to ensure the best quality and delivery speed.

  • United States: 7–15 business days.

  • International Orders: 9–18 business days.

  • Please note: Total delivery time = Processing (3-5 days) + Shipping time.

🌐 Why does shipping take time?

To offer unique fishing-inspired designs and maintain high quality, our products are produced specifically for each customer. This made-to-order model helps reduce waste and allows for personalization, which takes a bit more time than mass-produced retail items.

🎯 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

📧 What if I haven’t received my tracking information?

Tracking details usually update within 2-3 business days after shipment. Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, contact us at support@himlletvault.com.

📦 What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier peak seasons. If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated window, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive your items.

👕 What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please review our Size Chart carefully on the product page before ordering. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we generally do not accept exchanges for incorrect size selection. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the sizing is materially different from our chart, we will provide a replacement.

🎨 Will the product look exactly like the mockup?

We aim for maximum accuracy. However, slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to screen settings, fabric types, and the digital printing process. These minor differences are part of the unique nature of made-to-order apparel.

🧵 Are custom-name or personalized items refundable?

Yes, but only in specific cases. Customized items are non-refundable for "change of mind." However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that differs from your order, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately.

📬 What if my package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it?

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@himlletvault.com and we will help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

🔁 Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact our support team before sending any items back to our US headquarters.
